1 Eligibility

• You must be an Indian citizen, aged 18 years or above, and unmarried, divorced, or widowed
• Registration is exclusively for members of the Adidravidar community
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Creating fake, duplicate, or misleading profiles is strictly prohibited

2 Membership Plans

• Silver Plan: ₹3,000 — Valid for 6 Months
• Gold Plan: ₹4,000 — Valid for 1 Year
• Platinum Plan: ₹7,000 — Valid Until Marriage
• Wallet top-up option available for additional services

All plans grant access to profile search, match viewing, and contact features within the platform.

3 Member Responsibilities

• Provide genuine information including name, age, education, occupation, and photo
• Do not misuse contact details of other members for purposes other than matrimony
• Do not engage in harassment, fraud, or any activity that harms other members
• Notify HM Matrimony immediately upon successful marriage to deactivate your profile
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with others

4 Profile & Content Policy

HM Matrimony reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any profile or photo that contains false information, obscene content, or content that violates community standards. Profiles inactive for more than 6 months after membership expiry may be archived or deleted.

5 Payment & Billing

• All membership fees are to be paid in advance before accessing premium features
• Payments can be made via the website payment portal or at our registered branch
• Receipts will be issued for all payments; please retain for your records
• HM Matrimony is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party banking issues

6 Limitation of Liability

HM Matrimony acts as a platform to connect individuals for matrimonial purposes. We do not verify every detail provided by members and are not responsible for any disputes, misrepresentations, or outcomes arising from matches made through the platform. Members are advised to independently verify profiles before making commitments.

7 Termination

HM Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice. Members found engaging in fraud, harassment, or misuse of the platform will be reported to appropriate authorities.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9 Amendments

HM Matrimony may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
